My advise is: Do not stay, look for somewhere else. Dirty, staff ask for tip all the time, Taxi service is awfull, bad neighbourhood, bathroom does not have a box, etc...

Staff were exceptionally helpful and available 24/7. Food was good. Hotel is not in tourist area so no begging from locals. We were accepted by the locals as normal people, but helped because we were foreigners. Interesting location near the centre of Delhi.

As it is not in the tourist area shopping locally was not good.

The breakfast was very good except when you have paid your hotel bill the breakfast does not come!!!

The sheets were not clean on one of the beds and there was only one towel. The noise from the street was very loud and as it is India went on all night. The window was broken and this did not help.The bathroom was not the best with a poor shower. If you read the literature of the hotel it just does not deliver what it promises.

I like all information on your site, I think this was written by the hands of hotel staff, true people will never write about them positive, bad, The Worst Hotel, plse dont go there

I will never stay at this hotel and will not recommend anybody, free airport is false, sheets are not changed, no hot water, noise was until 3 am, untili called,cheaty guys, as if you are non expected free guests, internet is very bad, why write false information, plse dont go to this hotel, better Saar Inn, which was much cheaper and better,and they write true information,plse delete the name of this Hote lfrom your site, shame Iam using your site many years, I think it is not your fault

The room was clean and very pleasant. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location is very convenient for the metro.

The wifi only worked one day out of three. There was no hot water for a shower on more than one occasion. The shuttle service to and from the airport was efficient but it was not complimentary as advertised.
